There is only one problem. THE answer is not the complete answer. One weight lifting regimen, one new "wonder drink," a "new" diet, or the latest aerobics program will not give you and your body the complete answer to move you towards your overall health.

The answer?  Well, we took a look at the factors that will lead you to a healthy life and came up with the following list:

Kurt Schaal.  Kurt Schaal received a bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Illinois at Chicago and worked in the banking industry until 2002.  However, Kurt had always been passionate about fitness and wellness.  When he met Steve Bryant, an advocate of the slow training methodology, he became a disciple for this method of strength training.  Shortly thereafter, Kurt Schaal began one-on-one training on a fulltime basis.  We are lucky to have Kurt Schaal as part of the SLS team.  He will make a difference in your body and your life!
