Primary Helper for Your
Total Physical Fitness: Kurt Schaal. Kurt Schaal received a bachelor’s
degree in finance at the University of Illinois at Chicago and
worked in the banking industry until 2002. However, Kurt had
always been passionate about fitness and wellness. When he
met Steve Bryant, an advocate of the slow training methodology, he
became a disciple for this method of strength training.
Shortly thereafter, Kurt Schaal began one-on-one training on a
fulltime basis. We are lucky to have Kurt Schaal as part of
the SLS team. He will make a difference in your body and your

he preaches each day and helps others to achieve their goals each
day, too? Steve...along with his brother, Chris... have
worked in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and know how
to help you get your body in shape from top to bottom. For
the last 8 years, Steve and Chris have been trainers
in high-intensity training . . . a term which you will grow to love
